What we do with your information
What this website collects
One thing: the appointment request form. It asks for your name, your mobile number, the department you need, and optionally a preferred time and a short description of the problem. Nothing else on this site collects information about you.
What we do with it
It is emailed to hospital reception so they can call you back and confirm a time. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to send you marketing.
Medical records
Your medical records are held at the hospital, not on this website. This site has no access to them. To request a copy of your records, contact the hospital directly.
If you pay for a consultation
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI ID and netbanking credentials are entered on Razorpay's own checkout and go straight to them. They never reach this website and we never see or store them.
What we receive back is your name, your phone number, the amount, whether the payment succeeded, and Razorpay's reference numbers for the order and the payment. We keep those so reception can find your booking when they call you, and so a refund can be traced if one is needed.
You do not need an account with us to pay, and we do not ask you to create one. Razorpay handles your payment details under its own privacy policy and its obligations as a payment aggregator licensed by the Reserve Bank of India.
Cookies and analytics
We measure how many people visit which pages and how many go on to book, so we know whether the site is useful. Google Analytics does that counting and does not receive your name or number. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google only if you click to show it.
We also advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you book a consultation, we tell Meta that a booking happened, and we send your phone number and name scrambled into an irreversible code so Meta can tell whether you were someone who saw our advertisement. Meta can match that code to your account. We never send your medical problem, what you write in the form, or anything you attach.
If you would rather we did not, email omhospital47@gmail.com and we will remove it. You can also turn this off for every website at once in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under Off-Facebook activity.
Getting in touch
To ask what we hold about you, or to have an appointment request deleted, email omhospital47@gmail.com.
