Nothing is shipped to you

Om Hospital does not sell or dispatch any physical product through this website. There is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address to give us. What is booked here is a consultation with a doctor at the hospital.

What happens after you book

Your booking reaches reception as soon as the payment completes. Reception then calls you on the number you gave, during OPD hours, to agree a day and time that suits you.

The consultation itself is delivered in person, at Om Empire, Spinning Mill Compound, Near Mamta Park Society 1, Opposite J.B. Dharuka College, Varachha Main Road, Surat, Gujarat 395006. Bring any X-rays, scans or reports you already have.

If nobody has called you

Ring 0261 255 4700 with the name and number you booked under. If we cannot see you, or never reached you, the consultation fee is refunded in full. see our cancellation and refund policy.
